Probably the most common exercise in 3d modelling ever. This is a complete chess-set with board. Made with Blender.

With overlapping cubes, extensive use of cut & paste, and some simple lighting you can create quite an interesting tunnel effect. Made in Blender.

In fond memory of Burlington Berties, Edinburgh before a rather unfortunate case of ill-advised redecoration. On an asside, there should be laws against redecorating old-school pub. It should be protected under the Nation Trust or something, because the character of 100 year old wallpaper is as valuable to our cultural identity as any building.
